SUITABILITY FOR USE

All items offered for sale on our website are for ADULT COLLECTORS only and as such are not suitable for children under the age of 14 years.

Product descriptions are provided as a guide only and all dimensions are in millimetres and are approximate.

PRICES

Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Overseas customers should note that you may be liable for taxes in your own country. These remain the sole responsibility of you the customer.

DELIVERY

We aim to keep most items in stock and to despatch orders within 2 days, subject to credit/debit card authorisation, or in the case of payment by cheque, the receipt of cleared funds. In the event that we are for any reason unable to meet this delivery we will contact you to advise when delivery will be possible or to offer a refund if preferred.
For some of our handmade products delivery times may be longer, in these circumstances we will immediately advise the anticipated delivery date. We will retain the property in the products until full payment has been made and has been received by us in cleared funds.

POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage and packing within the U.K, the Channel Islands & Eire is by Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent, heavy items by Royal Mail Standard Parcel and for other regions by airmail. The cost is automatically added to your order at checkout at the following rates:-

For the UK Channel Islands & Eire the rates are:-

• £1.94 for orders up to £10.00
• £3.50 for orders from £10.01 to £60.00
• FREE for orders over £60.00

For the rest of Europe the rates are:-

• £4.00 for orders up to £20.00
• £6.00 for orders from £20.01 to £50.00
• £8.00 for orders from £50.01 to £100.00
• £12.00 for orders from £100.01 to £200.00
• £18.00 for orders over £250.00

For the Rest of the World the rates are:-

• £4.00 for orders up to £20.00
• £8.00 for orders from £20.01 to £50.00
• £10.00 for orders from £50.01 to £100.00
• £14.00 for orders from £100.01 to £200.00
• £18.00 for orders from £200.01 to £500.00
• £25.00 for orders from £500.01 to £1000.00

PAYMENT

   

Where payment is made by credit/debit card delivery can only be made to the address at which the card is registered and any refunds can only be made to the original card account, or if payment is by cheque to the original payee.

REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, or they are damaged in transit, we will gladly either exchange them, or offer a full refund, including the cost of return postage. We must however receive the returned items, in good condition, within 14 days of despatch. Goods should be well packed & must be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.
